Return Policies

To exercise the right of return it is necessary to ask the Customer Service for the return authorization within seven days from the date of receipt of the shipment containing the items for which the return is requested.
To request a return authorization, you must:
  • Fill out the form under "Returns / Replacements" in your reserved area, containing the identification data of the Customer and the order containing the article for which the return is to be made;
  • Specify the reason for which you want to make the purchase made;
  • Accept the conditions relating to the right of withdrawal that are fully reported in this section and send the form.
After receiving the RMA code, the customer must send the goods following the instructions contained therein.

Please note that to exercise the right of return in case of defect and / or damage it is necessary to have verified that you have had proper care and maintenance of the bag as reported in this section.
